陈继,男,中国科学院西北生态环境资源研究院研究员、博士生导师,青藏高原北麓河冻土工程与环境综合观测研究站站长。自1999年以来,一直从事寒区工程与环境方向的研究,主持或负责的国家和省部级课题近20项,包括科技部基础性调查专题、国家自然科学基金项目、中国科学院先导项目专题、中国科学院装备研发项目以及其它省部级项目,分别负责、组织或实施建设了青藏工程走廊带、青康工程走廊带、新藏工程走廊带以及祁连山、羌塘、西昆仑和东天山(胜利达坂)的冻土监测网络,并作为负责人完成了青藏高原西昆仑、羌塘、天山温宿-昭苏线路的冻土调查。已开展的研究工作有中纬度冻土区积雪对冻土水热状况的影响,冻土路基热稳定性评价,高速公路冻害治理与输水管道埋设优化,多年冻土区冻土路基病害及其机理等。目前已经发表论文60余篇,其中SCI论文18篇,EI论文9篇,参编著作2部。授权发明专利4项,培养硕士研究生5名,博士研究生3名。2010年获得甘肃省青年地质科技奖,2011年入选 “西部之光”人才计划,2012年获得青海省科技进步二等奖(排名第三),2020年获得陕西省科技进步二等奖(排名第二)。
