裴万胜,男,1988年7月生,甘肃会宁县人,博士,副研究员。2019年中国科学院青年创新促进会会员兼小组组长。发表学术论文40余篇,其中以第一及通讯发表JCR一区SCI论文11篇,国家授权发明专利4项,获中国科学院院长优秀奖等奖励。
